I was enrolled in Salford college in the beginning of 2014. After nearly one year of study, I have gained three major skills.
The first one is English. In this college, both our trainer and students are from variety of countries, therefore, English is not only the teaching language but also the communication knowledges. Due to this reason, both of my speaking and listening have greatly enhanced. In addition, I gained assess to different cultures due to students from different countries.
The second skill I learned is management. Our trainer provided us systematic and professional management knowledge as well as reasonable assignments which assist us in developing profound management skills in terms of people and sources. By going through variety kinds of case studies I gained an insight into solving massive real management problems, which helped me in finding my current jobs.
Last but not least, the communication skills is also of vital importance. During the time I spent in China for seeking jobs. Many companies intend to hire people who not only possesses specifically knowledge but also management skills. Communication is one of it . With good communication skills, I am able to express my ideas more efficiently. Admittedly many people have their profound thinking but few of them can express it to other clearly. Therefore, I can stand at the top of my peer interviewees and eventually received lots of offers.
In conclusion, Salford college is the place that you really learn something which is very important for you to find a job. Our trainer Peter is a very kind and humorous person and he is also good at teaching.
