Target audience
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Typically people in these roles will have considerable experience in their respective industries or vocational areas and combine an informed perspective of specific work requirements with their managerial approaches. This qualification requires a sound theoretical knowledge base and managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate own work or the work of a team.

How is this qualification delivered? 

  • Workshops will be held in Adelaide
  • One day workshop per month for 8 months
  • Network with other students in a small class room setting
  • Your experienced facilitator will provide practical management advice
  • In addition, you will required to do some work based assessment activities in your own time

There are no entry requirements for this qualification

Pathways into the qualification
Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:
BSB40812 Certificate IV in Frontline Management or other relevant qualification OR vocational experience but without formal supervision or management qualification.

Pathways from the qualification
BSB60407 Advanced Diploma of Management or other Advanced Diploma qualifications.
