As a licensing requirement for anyone involved in serving or handling of alcohol, this course is required by all, be it as an entry requirement or as a refresher course. Available as online or blended delivery or totally face to face in a workshop environment, this course is becoming more important by the day for workers in the hospitality industry.
This course is for any person required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol and to satisfy the requirements for responsible sale and service of alcohol (RSA) under state or territory legislation.
This unit applies to all levels of sales personnel involved in the sale or service and promotional service of alcohol in licensed premises, including the licensee when involved in sales. Those selling and serving alcohol may include food and beverage attendants; retail liquor sales persons; winery, brewery and distillery cellar door staff; supplier sales representatives and the licensee.

The course is delivered as a one day course either online or in a workshop environment. Please contact the college to get further information.

Courses are available weekdays and weekends. These can be delivered at your work site or at our delivery site in CBD. Our trainers are well qualified and have an engaging style of delivery.

Cost information
One day face to face:  $150.00 per person
Online Delivery: $100.00 per person

There are no entry requirements for this qualification
