BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) equips an individual with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead others, demonstrate innovative thinking and practices, facilitate applied research and implement the latest technologies. These learnings can be utilised in industries and organisations anywhere in the world.
This qualification reflects the business demands on individuals who need highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, ideate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification would suit leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.
To enrol in this qualification you must be able to demonstrate aptitude or prior experience in capability development and organisational learning.
Duration
104 weeks over 8 terms, including breaks and holidays. The course is delivered over 2.5 days per week.
Study Mode and Assessment Methods
Face-to-face training as well as distance mode is employed for this qualification. Assessments includes a variety of methods, including projects incorporating role-plays, case studies, observations, and short answer questions
This course is delivered face-to-face/virtually in a blended environment.

Students who successfully complete this course may progress onto other Business courses at Bachelor’s/Master’s degree level for which they may be eligible.

Successful completion of this qualification may provide career opportunities in a senior management role in which the incumbent has sole responsibility for the outputs of a staff team or organisation. The role may be in a wide variety of industries.
