Ash Goyal
Chief Executive Officer

With a clear passion for education, links to industry and a strong advocate of the vocational industry, Ash is the founder of Salford College and has ensured that the college always maintains the highest standards. The commitment to quality, student training and welfare, strong and motivated staff is key to success.

Ash believes that in the college the most important person is you. This belief is the very basic tenet of Salford College. With strong links in the industry he has helped a lot of students get placements, some of them leading to jobs or setting up own businesses. He believes strongly in International education and the fact that learning is not just about books. Education is a broad field. International education and exposure builds people and give them amazing life experiences. This gives you an added edge in this competitive world.

Ted Silbor
Admissions Manager

Ted has been working in the education industry for over 15 years and we are pleased to have him working for Salford for 8 years now. He is a very outgoing person who has a great relationship with all students and staff in the college and is always ready to help.

Gui Santos
Marketing and Sales Officer

Gui is our Marketing and Sales Officer, Brazilian he is an easy-going and highly approachable person. Coming from Melbourne, Gui has been working in the Education industry for the last 5 years, firstly as an Educational agent and after that as a Marketing and Sales Manager in another educational institution, before joining Salford College in February 2022. Gui also handles student support and is always ready to help the students, he speaks 3 languages English, Spanish, and his mother language Portuguese. Back in his country he has a Bachelor's in Economics and worked in the Banking sector for 10 years.

Adrian Brown
Head of Hospitality

Adrian has a joke for every occasion and has a great rapport with his students. He has a great skill to get his training across in a fun environment.

He is a great Chef trainer and has decades of experience in the industry. Having worked as a chef, restaurant owner, trainer he has done everything you could do to having won your laurels. Immensely respected and loved by his students he is a fantastic trainer and it’s an honour to have him on board.

Ryan Leaver
Head of Business, Management Programs & Elicos

Ryan Leaver has considerable experience working in management, education and business development roles across a number of private and public organisations. Keen and energetic, Ryan prides himself on his ability to foster productive working relationships and has an aptitude to deliver dynamic education programs.

Drawing on his vast industry experience coupled with tertiary studies in Education, MBA, Program Management and TESOL, Ryan has played a key role in the development of Salford College’s English program (ELICOS) and it’s Business and Management programs.

Shea Zhang
Accounts
Manager

Shea started at Salford as our accounting Intern in 2017 and did a wonderful job becoming an asset for the college. After her internship came to an end we were happy to offer her a permanent position to stay with Salford College and continue her great work.

Shea has a Bachelor of Accounting in China and a Master of Accounting and Finance in Australia.
