The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team. They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

52  weeks (20 hours per week)

Study Mode and Assessment Methods
This course is delivered in a classroom environment and includes theory, group discussions, case studies, presentations, role plays, research, projects, workplace simulated activities, computer activities and written assessments.

Recognition of Prior Learning / Credit Transfer
Do you already have existing skills and knowledge and don’t need additional training?  Have you done previous training?   Please contact our office if you would like to undertake Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or apply for credit transfer.

Entry Requirements
All international students must provide evidence of English proficiency equivalent to IELTS overall score of 5.5, be over 18 years of age and have completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent.

BSBWRT401 – Write complex documents – Elective
